Poster Format:

  • Recommended poster size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height)
  • The poster should be a clear visual presentation of your submitted abstract and please keep the title of the poster the same as in the submitted abstract.

Poster Flash Presentation:

  • Duration: 3 minutes
  • Format: 1–2 slides (widescreen, 16:9)

Poster Sessions:

  • Posters will be displayed in the BioSense Institute lobby (tapes for poster installation will be provided).
  • Poster flash presentations will be available for both in-person and online participants.

Submission for Flash Presentations:

  • All poster presenters (both in-person and online) are kindly asked to submit their flash presentation in PDF format (maximum file size: 10 MB).
  • Presentations should be sent no later than 15 September 2026 to: ibsc2026@pmf.uns.ac.rs
