The conference brings together researchers, academics, and industry professionals from across the life sciences, offering a platform for presenting cutting-edge research, exchanging ideas, and fostering international collaboration across disciplines. We warmly encourage all authors and participants to take advantage of the extended deadlines and join us in Novi Sad for an inspiring scientific program and networking opportunities!
Both the Early-bird registration deadline and the Abstract submission deadline have been extended to provide additional time for preparation and submission of high-quality contributions.

* Students at all academic levels (BSc, MSc, and PhD) may apply for a limited number of fee waivers covering the conference registration fee. Applicants wishing to be considered for a fee waiver should indicate their interest during the registration process and upload their CV and motivation letter together with the abstract submission. Fee waiver applications must be submitted by June 30, 2026.

First Call for Abstracts
University of Novi Sad (UNS) and Prince of Songkla University (PSU) are delighted to announce the 10th Joint International PSU-UNS Bioscience Conference – IBSC 2026 that will take place on 28 – 29 September, in Novi Sad, Serbia, in a hybrid format.
IBSCs are held every two years and represent the seal of a long-standing partnership between the Prince of Songkla University (PSU) from Thailand and the University of Novi Sad (UNS) from Serbia.
IBSC 2026 will follow the tradition of the previous conferences and will bring together experts to discuss and share state-of-the-art in the complex and multifaceted field of biosciences, with particular focus on sustainability, including environmental resilience, conservation of biological diversity, sustainable use of natural resources, ecosystem health, climate change adaptation and mitigation, sustainable food systems, and the integration of emerging technologies for responsible and data-driven bioscience research.
Under the conference tagline: Bio4Future – Life Sciences for a Sustainable and Smart Future, international academic community led by PSU and UNS is invited to present their results in four conference tracks that well reflect the topics which need urgent attention and viable solutions of the international research community to tackle the grand scientific and societal challenges:
- Track 1. Life Science Frontiers: Systems Biology, Biodiversity, and Environmental Resilience
- Track 2: Changing seasonality in the era of climate change: Biological timing, phenology and ecosystem responses
- Track 3. Bioactive Natural Products, Food, and Biomedicine
- Track 4. AI-powered Bioscience, Biosensing Technology, and Data Science
