Oral Presentation Guidelines

Duration of Presentations:

• Plenary speakers: maximum 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
• Invited speakers: maximum 20 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
• Oral presentations: maximum 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion

Presentation Format:

• The recommended slide format is widescreen (16:9).

Online Presenters:

• Online participants are kindly asked to submit their presentation in PDF format (maximum file size: 10 MB).
• Presentations should be sent no later than 15 September 2026 to: ibsc2026@pmf.uns.ac.rs
